Reception and registration

Registration

Once you have docked, please go to the harbour master’s office to register. You will need to bring the vessel’s documents and insurance papers. Some vessels are required to provide additional declarations; please consult the environment page.

You will also find the latest prefectural decrees and other regulations on the ‘regulations and procedures’ page.

Quays

Please do not clutter the quays with equipment, vehicles (motorbikes, bicycles, etc.). Designated areas have been created for this purpose.

Toilets

The port has a toilet block (showers and WCs) on the reception quay reserved for use by boaters. Access is via a code that will be given to you when you register.

Services

The harbour master’s office offers several services to its customers.

Electric boat

A connection terminal for electric boats is available at the reception quay. AC Output 400V – 3P+N 32A/ DC Output 150-500V 0-125A

Environment

At the port of Saint-Tropez, we are actively committed to protecting the environment. We invite our customers to join us in our efforts and adopt good practices.

Technique

Electricity and water

Each mooring berth is equipped with a water and electricity supply terminal.

Water and electricity are included in the harbour fees (except for the winter storage package, which does not include 400V electricity supply).

The terminals are equipped with 240V sockets delivering 32A/63A at the Jean Lescudier basin and 240V to 400V sockets delivering up to 250A at the Old Port and Môle d’Estiennes d’Orves. The harbour master’s office offers an electrical socket rental service, subject to a deposit.

Connecting a plug

You must tighten the cable gland to ensure that the cable is watertight and securely fastened.

Failure to follow these instructions may cause the socket to overheat, damage it and possibly cause a fire in the electrical terminal.

Boaters who fail to follow these instructions may be held liable for any damage. Harbour staff are available to assist you when connecting to the quay terminal.

Captains are asked to minimise their electricity consumption before connecting to the harbour’s electrical network.
