The harbourmaster’s office has invested in purchasing 3 “DPOL” units from the company EKKOPOL.

The DPOL is a floating waste pump that operates by creating a strong current to suction floating pollution while remaining stationary if desired. The waste is stored in a removable net. It is a standalone machine capable of operating 24/7.
