Following the government’s announcements of Tuesday 24th November, and modifying Decree 2020 – 1310 of 29th October 2020, the new Decree 2020-1454 of 27th November announces relief on restrictions on navigation and water sports.
The measures announced authorize leisure boats to navigate and water sports. Nevertheless, these must be done within the limit of 20 km/10nm, of the home port (or domicile), and within the limit of 3 hours. Carrying the attestation is still mandatory.
